This policy grants protection against accidental and unforeseen physical loss or damage to the property insured occurring during the period of insurance on the construction site. This policy also provides indemnity against such sums which the insured shall become legally liable to pay as damages consequent upon.

Occurring in direct connection with the construction or erection of the contract works and happening on or in the immediate vicinity of the site.
