Summary Information Sheet

Public Liability Insurance protects the Insured against his legal liabilities in connection with the operation of his business. 
Based on the terms, exception and conditions contained or endorsed in the policy, the policy will indemnify the Insured for liability in respect of accident happening at the premises of the Insured resulting in: 

1. death of or bodily injury to the person not being a member of the Insured’s family or household nor a person who at the time of the accident is engaged in and upon the service of the Insured 
2. damage to property not belonging to nor held in trust by nor in the custody or control of the Insured’s family or a person on behalf of the Insured up to the limits mentioned in the Schedule, the exceptions and conditions contained or endorsed in the policy in respect of any one person or any one accident or any one period of insurance.
