The Retail Business Protector Plan provides you protection against loss of or damage to building,
renovation, furniture, fixtures & fittings, machineries & equipment, stock-intrade caused by fire or any other special peril insured. Even non-physical items such as loss of rent, removal of debris, architecture & engineering fees may also be included in this coverage.

Not just a Fire plan for your retail business, the plan also covers against risks such as:

• Burglary & Robbery

This section protects you against loss of or damage to your physical property such as stock-in-trade, machineries and equipment in the event of burglary and/or robbery to your business premises.

• Money

This section protects your business establishment against loss of money due to burglary and/or robbery

• whilst kept in the premises in locked safe/drawer/cabinet/cash register
• whilst in transit from your business premises to the bank and vice versa.

This section also protects you for loss of or damage to safe / drawer / cabinet / cash register due to burglary and/or robbery. Personal Accident benefit is extended to 2 of your employees carrying the money for a limit of up to RM5,000 per employee.

• Plate Glass

This section provides you protection against loss of or damage to all types of plate glass in your business premises due to impact damage by any means or misfortune.

• Public Liability

This section will indemnify you and your employees arising out of any negligence act to pay for compensation as ordered by the court for:

(i) the death of or injury to third parties; or
(ii) loss of or damage to property belonging to third parties
